Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Provided
Refunds will generally not be provided where the product has been purchased accidentally, the customer changes their mind after receiving access, the customer no longer needs the software, the customer expected a feature that was never advertised, or the issue is caused by an incompatible or improperly configured third-party plugin, theme, hosting environment, custom code, WordPress configuration, or external service.
Refunds may also be declined where the customer refuses reasonable troubleshooting assistance, violates license terms, attempts unauthorized redistribution, or requests a refund after extensively using the software.

License Suspension After Refund
