License Usage
Each license may only be activated according to the website or usage limits associated with the purchased plan.
Users may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, modify for redistribution, or provide unauthorized access to Net Profit.
Attempting to bypass, manipulate, remove, or interfere with the licensing system is prohibited.
Product Updates
Customers with an eligible active license may receive product updates according to the terms of their purchased plan.
We may add, modify, improve, replace, redesign, or discontinue individual product features when necessary for security, performance, compatibility, product development, or business reasons.
Support
Support is provided according to the support conditions associated with the customer’s plan.
Support may include assistance with Net Profit installation, configuration, product functionality, licensing, and confirmed product-related technical issues.
Support does not automatically include unrelated WordPress development, custom coding, third-party plugin debugging, hosting configuration, server management, business consulting, advertising management, or custom integrations unless separately agreed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate website backups before installing, updating, configuring, or modifying software.
Customers are also responsible for maintaining secure hosting, WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, plugins, credentials, and server environments.
Before applying significant changes to a live website, testing on a staging or backup environment is recommended.
Third-Party Compatibility
Net Profit operates within the WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystem and may integrate with third-party platforms or services.
We cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin, hosting provider, courier provider, SMS provider, payment gateway, API, or third-party service.
External providers may change their APIs, policies, pricing, functionality, or availability without our control.
Business Results
Net Profit provides tools designed to improve operational control, automation, fraud protection, recovery workflows, reporting, and business visibility.
However, purchasing or using Net Profit does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, sales, conversion rates, delivery rates, fraud reduction percentages, advertising performance, or business outcomes.
Actual results depend on multiple factors outside the software itself.
Data & Privacy Responsibilities
Businesses using Net Profit are responsible for ensuring that their collection and processing of customer information complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
The store owner is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent where legally required.
Intellectual Property
Net Profit, including its software, interface, branding, designs, documentation, product name, code, features, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of Ads Marketers Technologies or its respective rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Net Profit for illegal activities, unauthorized access, fraudulent operations, abuse of third-party systems, violation of customer privacy, license circumvention, unauthorized resale, or distribution of modified or unmodified copies without permission.
Account or License Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a license where there is reasonable evidence of license abuse, unauthorized redistribution, fraudulent activity, security threats, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ads Marketers Technologies will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use or inability to use Net Profit.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups and appropriately testing software before deploying changes to critical production environments.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Purchasing Net Profit confirms your acceptance of both these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Refund Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when required due to product changes, business requirements, security concerns, or legal obligations.
Continued use of Net Profit following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.
